The tests are carried out using qualitative methods in the initial phase, quantitative in the form of a survey for all employees concerned and using workshop sessions.
The research is aimed at specifying the specific, individual needs of the employee and drawing conclusions based on the surveys carried out. These analyzes are to apply to both office work and the structure of work within HOME OFFICE. This methodology is aimed at improving the arrangement of space, and at the same time increasing the efficiency of work by introducing specific changes.
One of the main problems we are trying to solve is the organization of friendly workplaces in usually limited office space and its most effective use.
The result of the research will be a functional map of the office presenting spatial guidelines and recommendations of functional systems on the available space improving work comfort.
